Return and Refund Policy
At WILD BULL SKULL CO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• Unused and in the same condition that you received it
• In the original packaging.
• Tags attached.
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
• If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 Business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, expect the cost of shipping to be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
• If you need to exchange an item for the same product in a different size, contact us at support@wildbullskullco.com before returning any itiem(s).
Return Shipping
• You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is defective or we made an error.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
